I grew up with charcuterie boards. Often when my mom just didn't want to cook, she would gather almost anything leftover in the fridge- cold cuts, deli meat, assorted cheeses and a few variety of crackers. I'm still doing it today for my own family, anytime of the week, they are great for any meal or just a snack. I love adding lots of colors and textures.
We often have teriyaki meatballs, and maybe steak or ham. I often purchase a variety of cheeses and crackers, or even thinly slicing a baguette. Pita bread, Naan, or any favorite bread you have on hand, I prefer to toast them with butter and maybe add some seasoning and cut them into perfect bite size pieces great for adding all your delicious toppings.
Included is a list of some of my favorites, but really you can choose whatever you enjoy, or have leftover.

A beautiful chopping/cutting board to serve it all on seems to be the norm, but certainly not a requirement. Use what you love. We feast with our eyes before anything passes our lips.
Just add some family or friends, and it's an easy party. Serve with your favorite beverage. A selection of wines are often my favorite choice, but choose what you love.
Happy Eating,
Mai
